The regulatory environment grows more complex each year. We take clients towards their objectives with the backing of experienced counsel who knows how the rules are actually applied in Honduras — which is not always how they read.
Who we are
We are a Honduran firm based in Tegucigalpa. We work across four areas: employment litigation, administrative litigation, notarial practice and regulatory matters, and from there we also advise companies on prevention and compliance.
Much of our practice takes place in the courts and before state institutions. That is where the judgement comes from when a client asks us to prevent a dispute: we know where procedures break because we see, every week, the cases in which they already did.

How we work
Four things you can expect
We tell you when there is no case
If a matter has no route, or the limitation period has already run, we say so in the first conversation. Starting something that will not arrive anywhere costs you money and does us no good.
We do not promise outcomes
No serious lawyer can guarantee the result of a case. What we do is explain what is claimable, how it is calculated and what stages the process runs through.
We cite the rule
When we say something applies, we say which article it rests on. That holds for an opinion and for anything we publish on this site.
We do not give timelines that are not ours to keep
How long a matter takes is set by the court and by the conduct of the other side. We would rather not estimate times we cannot stand behind.
