Our judgement comes from litigation
We are a Honduran law firm based in Tegucigalpa. We work on four fronts: employment litigation, administrative litigation, notarial work and regulatory matters, and from there we also advise companies on prevention and compliance.
Much of our practice takes place in the courts and before state institutions. We know where procedures break down because every week we see the cases in which they already have.
